Infact for many years Mark has been sending his beloved Family and friends his home-made Chutneys and Jams and Sauces at Christmas time to enjoy, share and compare. The ritual ensure contact and banter with those closest to him, as they compare this year's Mango chutney with last year's and catch up on the year's that was. Laffo loves flavor that pack a punch and lovingly designed his Pizza menu using original of recipes using tons of flavor and fresh, local ingredients. Our base is made daily and in-house. Our sauces, jams and Chutneys are all made using his original recipes. Our Meats are slow-cooked and our small goods and salads are sourced from local businesses and farms. You may notice some non-traditional Pizza names scattered through out our Pizza Menu as they are named after his family and children. With a massive nod to the Italians, we sincerely hope you enjoy our Australian food and hospitality.
